If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.

Please be advised that our cancellation fee of $50 per half hour no show or last minute cancellation fee may be applied to your account if applicable.

Dr. Jacob can be reached after hours at (912) 604-5691. We will do all that we can to provide the treatment you need.

If you can visit during office hours, please call (843) 305-7991 and we will set up a time for you to come in, We treat any emergency – bleeding, swelling, trauma, etc.

In the event of severe pain or swelling, or if you are unable to to reach Dr. Jacob, you will need to telephone 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
