COVID19 Changes

Changes you will note in our office in response to Covid- 19:

1. Asking you to please call ahead before entering 898-0090
2. Prescreening at your vehicle- questionnaire and temperature taken
3. Elimination of the waiting room- you will be brought directly from outside to your treatment room
4. If a companion is required during the appointment we will provide them with a mask
5. Plexiglass guards for the front desk
6. Hands free sanitizers placed down the hallway, filled with 70% alcohol cleanser
7. Any common areas are being sanitized with increased frequency
8. Our attire is enhanced- we have long gowns, hair bonnets, surgical masks, face shields, booties- you can only see our eyes! But you will see a smile in them ????
9. Sadly, we can no longer shake hands or give hugs
10. There are more barriers in the treatment rooms – plastic coverings over more surfaces
11. The counters are cleared of any décor or clutter so we can more easily disinfect
12. There are air purifiers in each treatment room- to scrub the air of bacteria and viruses
13. Children will be given a goodie bag instead of going to the treasure chest
14. We are in the process of implementing new software to eliminate paperwork and payments- we ask your patience as we put this into place, thank you
15. In an attempt to reduce aerosols during dental cleanings we may use slightly different equipment

These changes have been put into place to comply and go beyond the CDC and ADA recommendations.  We have evolved and will continue to do so to create a safe environment where you will receive superior care.
